UX, UI, Prototyping 2017
Who is on my Ballot?
The goal of this project was to combine technology and politics with the aim of giving eligible voters easy access to neutral information on the candidates prior to the election. Two main needs for our target group where identified: Voters have a difficult time trying to find the right information to make a sound decision on whom to vote for. Eligible voters have the need to get informed in an easy way prior to the election about the candidates (ca 4700 Candidates for the federal elections) who are running.
We built a site that enables users to find out who the candidates in their constituency are and how their ballot looks like. The results were sorted according to the first and second vote (Erststimme and Zweitstimme).
During the project, I had the chance to work strictly in connection with the Google Germany and Google London Team developing all the UX and UI of the ballot page, prototype it and run internal usability test.
